How long will my delivery take?
UK Stock Item Deliveries
If your order is placed by 2:30pm on any working day (Monday-Friday) the item will be shipped by DHL Express Domestic for delivery the next working day. Please note that for Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands this is not a guaranteed service.
If a delivery is required urgently, timed services may be available. Please contact us for details.
All orders can also be collected from our Warehouse free of charge.
Deliveries within Europe
If your order is placed by 2:30pm on any working day (Monday-Friday) the item will be shipped by DHL Economy for delivery within 4-7 days, depending on exact location. Please contact us for a more accurate transit time, if required.
Worldwide Stock Item Deliveries
If your order is placed by 2:30pm on any working day (Monday-Friday) the item will be shipped the same day by DHL Express Worldwide for delivery within 7 days, depending on exact location. Please contact us for a more accurate transit time, if required.
Non-stock Item Deliveries
The majority of non-stock items are shipped within 72hrs of receipt of your order. For accurate lead times please contact our sales team.
I ordered the wrong product, what should I do?
Please contact us to request a return and you will be advised of the procedure. Then, send your order back to us – at your own cost – in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the goods and providing they have not been tampered with, we will refund your account/credit card minus any applicable shipping charges. Please note that all returns are opened and examined and electronic boards will be tested.
How can I make sure my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped you will receive a delivery note by email showing your DHL Express (NOT DHL Parcel) tracking number. This can be used on either the DHL website (www.dhl.com) or DHL app to track your delivery.

Can I ship to a third party delivery address?
Yes you can, simply select a different address when prompted at the online checkout screen.
You sent me the wrong product, what should I do?
As soon as you inform us of the mistake we will arrange delivery of the correct item and for a courier to collect the old item from your premises.

How do I return an item?
Please contact us to request a return and you will be advised of the procedure. Then, send your order back to us – at your own cost – in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the goods and providing they have not been tampered with, we will refund your account/credit card minus any applicable shipping charges. Please note that all returns are opened and examined and electronic boards will be tested.
If we shipped an incorrect product, as soon as you inform us of the mistake we will arrange to send the correct item to you and ask a courier to pick the wrong item up.
Your account/credit card will be refunded within 48 hours of receipt of the returned goods.
Which courier is used for delivery?
We use DHL for both national and international deliveries. In exceptional cirumstances we reserve the right to use a different carrier.
Next Day Delivery
Get your spares and consumables delivered next day, on orders received by 2:30pm for delivery to mainland United Kingdom only and subject to availability.
