1. How long will my delivery take?

FOR STOCK ITEMS:

UK deliveries

If your order is placed by 3pm on any working day (Monday-Friday) the item will be shipped by TNT Express for delivery the next working day. Please note that for Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands this is not a guaranteed service.

A TNT 10:00 Express service is also available for UK deliveries, along with a Royal Mail Special Delivery service which can be used if a next day Saturday Delivery is required. All orders can also be collected from our Warehouse free of charge.

EU deliveries (except Cyprus)

If your order is placed by 3pm on any working day (Monday-Friday) the item will be shipped by TNT International Express for delivery the next working day.

Non-EU European Countries & Cyprus

If your order is placed by 3pm on any working day (Monday-Friday) the item will be shipped by TNT International Express for delivery within 4 days, depending on exact location. Please contact us for a more accurate transit time, if required.

Worldwide

If your order is placed by 3pm on any working day (Monday-Friday) the item will be shipped the same day by TNT International Express for delivery within 7 days, depending on exact location. Please contact us for a more accurate transit time, if required.

Please note that a very small number of our stock items have to be shipped by TNT Economy Express. This will be clearly stated in the product description and only the economy service will be available for selection if one of these items is in the basket. Please contact us for accurate transit times when TNT Economy Express is selected.

FOR NON-STOCK ITEMS:

The majority of non-stock items are shipped within 48hrs of receipt of your order. For accurate lead times please contact our sales team.

2. I ordered the wrong product, what should I do?

Please contact us to request a return and you will be issued with an RMA number. Then, send your order back to us - at your own cost - in its original packaging. Upon receipt of the goods and providing they have not been tampered with, we will refund your account/credit card minus a 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.

3. You sent me the wrong product. What should I do?

As soon as you inform us of the mistake we will arrange to send the correct item to you and ask a courier to pick the wrong item up.

5. Which courier is used for delivery?

We use TNT for both national and international deliveries, except for UK Saturday deliveries when we use Royal Mail Special Delivery.

6. How can I make sure my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped you will receive a delivery note by email showing your TNT tracking number. This can be used on either the TNT website (www.tnt.com) or TNT app to track your delivery.

7. Can I get my order shipped to a third party delivery address?

Yes you can.

Returns and refunds

1. How do I return an item?

Please contact us to request a return and you will be issued with an RMA number. Then, send your order back to us - at your own cost - in its original packaging.
